About us
ATPride Surveyors are an independent family run RICS regulated firm based in Northampton, providing building surveying services to residential and commercial clients to Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties. Andrew started ATPride Surveyors following a successful building surveying career with various national and local chartered surveying firms and working within a prestigious rural estate.
Andrew has gained many skills over the past 15 years including working with heritage assets (grade I, II* and II), a range of traditional and modern properties and managing an estate property portfolio. Other skills include construction and design management and dilapidations.
As an RICS regulated firm, we uphold the highest industry standards. We understand the importance of undertaking high quality surveys and producing detailed and easy to read reports, in order to ensure all our clients can confidently make the correct property decisions, whether purchasing or leasing a property. We aim to achieve a high-quality service for every client we work with, no matter how large or small the project may be.
We offer a range of services including RICS Home Buyers Surveys Level 2 and 3, photographic schedules of condition for landlords and tenants (whether residential or commercial clients) and we also undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) surveys. Every survey we undertake includes inspecting high level / hard to reach areas with an extendable photo pole camera, to ensure a full property wide inspection.
